Josh has 15 years of experience building high performing teams and acting as an operations leader and executive coach. Most recently, Josh spent 8 years at a boutique recruitment agency as a Senior Recruiter, Operations Manager and Executive Leader. Throughout his career, Josh has played a pivotal role in guiding a wide range of career professionals to successful and meaningful career transitions.

Josh holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor's in Economics from York University's Glendon College. In a previous life, Josh was a 1st Seargent in an elite unit of the 35th Airborne Paratroopers.
